Support & Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is DrumSplit?
DrumSplit is an AI-powered application that extracts isolated drum tracks from any music file. Using advanced neural networks, it can separate the drums from vocals, bass, and other instruments, giving you a clean drum track.
What file formats are supported?
DrumSplit currently supports MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, and M4A audio files. The maximum file size is 50MB.
How accurate is the drum extraction?
DrumSplit uses state-of-the-art AI models that provide excellent separation quality. While no separation is 100% perfect, our technology effectively removes most non-drum elements while preserving the original drum sound quality.
Can I extract other instruments besides drums?
Currently, DrumSplit focuses exclusively on drum extraction. We may add support for other instrument extraction in future updates.
How long does processing take?
Processing time depends on the file length, quality settings, and current server load. Most tracks are processed within 1-3 minutes. Longer tracks may take additional time.
Do you store my music files?
We temporarily store files during processing and keep the extracted drum tracks available for download for a limited time. All files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not use your music files for any other purposes.
Is there a limit to how many tracks I can process?
There are no strict limits on how many tracks you can process. However, we may implement fair usage policies during high-traffic periods to ensure the service remains available to all users.
